What will you do as a Customer Service Advisor?

Whether you’re skilled in mediating between hosts and guests or enjoy assisting our community in navigating through the Airbnb website, we have roles that fit your expectations and experience. Depending on your role, relocation opportunities may be available through the Webhelp International Mobility Program. Whether you want to work in your own country or choose to move abroad, take a look at our opportunities in Greece and Romania.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be front and center, assisting our community of hosts and guests with the Airbnb services. Once you become an expert in all things Airbnb, you will answer the customers’ questions and feedback about the website and booking policies or troubleshoot users’ technical concerns. And since we want you to succeed in your new career, we will train you in all of the above. Most of the roles do not require any experience, just a willingness to learn and grow!
