What you’ll be doing

• Managing the entire Demand Planning life cycle
• Collaborating with Recruitment, Operations and Finance teams to gather relevant data for forecasting
• Developing and maintaining workforce planning models to optimize staffing requirements for the account(s), ensuring accurate capacity plans, and optimising resource allocation
• Analysing and reporting on key workforce metrics to support decision-making
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and workforce planning processes
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in WFM

What you’ll need

• Graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years’ extensive experience in WFM
• At least12 months’ experience in demand planning
• Tenured Team Lead or currently working as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
• Strong understanding of WFM Planning & Delivery principles, WFM tools (Teleopti, IEX, Aspect, Blue Pumpkin) and scheduling software
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using SQL and Power BI
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends
