Is there a dress code at Webhelp Greece?

At Webhelp Greece, we do not have a specific dress code. We encourage all of our employees to wear clothes they feel comfortable in.

What is impact sourcing?

Impact Sourcing is the practice of hiring high-potential but disadvantaged people in order to reintegrate them into society. This is more than a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative and rather a business model that can help organizations meet and exceed their quality and staffing objectives. What should I expect of my work in a contact center?

Do I need a degree to work as a customer advisor?

No you don’t need a particular degree to work with us. However some of our roles may require some prior professional experience and soft skills.

What is it like to work as a Customer Advisor?

No two days are going to be the same, while working as a Customer Service Advisor. If you enjoy helping people and offering excellent customer service this job might be just right for you. Of course we support you by offering new training and courses, so you’re always properly equiped to deal with any issue coming your way.

Does Webhelp hire for roles other than Customer Support?

Work abroad

I have some concerns about moving to a new country I don’t know. What is the experience like?

Moving to a new country is the bravest decision you’ll ever make and we’ll do everything in our power to support you through it. We offer you a full relocation package including 1-month of Airbnb accommodation, 1-way flight ticket, transportation costs as well as help with your Visa and documentation process.

Do I need a visa to work abroad?

For visa requirements and eligibility conditions, please check with your embassy. If you are an EU citizen, you have the right to freedom of movement and residence in Spain, Greece, Romania, and Portugal. If you are a non-EU citizen and wish to relocate to any of these countries, a visa and work permit may be required.

What countries can I relocate to?

Webhelp offers an extensive International Mobility Programme to our employees. However, most of our external jobs that require relocation are open to candidates who wish to move to Spain, Greece, Romania, and Portugal. We keep adding new destinations to our Work Abroad programme, so keep an eye on our website.

Can I work and travel at Webhelp?

We provide work and travel opportunities in Spain, Greece, Romania, and Portugal. We mostly offer permanent contracts for more than 12 months, so you have the chance to develop your career in a new country. However, you can also work and live abroad for less than 12 months.
