What is Think Human Foundation?

Think Human Foundation was founded in 2020 by Webhelp Group and Olivier Duha, CEO and co-founder of Webhelp. The organization is an extension of Webhelp’s SHARED Foundation, established in France in 2016 to support people through employment and integration opportunities. What does BPO stand for?

BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. A BPO company is a third-party provider that can perform a business’ essential processes. These companies invest in their employees’ training in order to provide top-quality service on behalf of their business clients. For example, Webhelp provides customer service for some of the world’s most exciting brands.

What is the difference between inclusion and diversity?

Diversity and inclusion are interconnected concepts but not interchangeable ones. Diversity includes all the elements that make someone unique. These elements could be social categories, cultural background, physical abilities, religion, or gender. They could also refer to different perspectives and preferences. Inclusion in the workplace refers to creating a work environment where everyone, regardless of their background and diverse characteristics, has equal access to opportunities and resources and is treated fairly and respectfully.

We appreciate your interest in making a donation and supporting our initiatives. Your contribution helps us to extend our programs to more unprivileged workers and, therefore, gift them a second chance at a working future. We have designed a quick, secure, and seamless online donation process. You first select in which country you’d like us to support NGOs. Then you make a one-off or monthly (recurrent) payment. What is impact sourcing?

Impact Sourcing is the practice of hiring high-potential but disadvantaged people in order to reintegrate them into society. This is more than a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative and rather a business model that can help organizations meet and exceed their quality and staffing objectives. By employing people who have limited opportunities, often from low-income areas, companies can contribute to the well-being of their businesses, people, and local communities. What is an indefinite-term contract?

An indefinite-term contract is a permanent employment contract with no specific end date. Once you pass the trial period, you will become a permanent employee.

What is a fixed-term contract?

A fixed-term contract is a temporary employment contract that ends on a certain date. Based on project availability and your performance, your contract may be renewed or extended.

Does Webhelp have an employee referral program?

You can expect to be tested in areas such as language proficiency, computer proficiency, customer support, and typing skills. For work-from-home roles, your internet speed and system requirements will also be tested. The assessment is timed, so please make sure you are in a comfortable environment where you are unlikely to experience interruptions. Once you open the module, the clock starts ticking.

How can I prepare for my online tests?

You can prepare for your online test by reviewing basic grammar and vocabulary concepts, as well as any computer skills you may be tested on.

What is Harver?

Work abroad

Can I work and travel at Webhelp?

Webhelp provides work and travel opportunities in Spain, Greece, Romania, and Portugal. We mostly offer permanent contracts for more than 12 months, so you have the chance to develop your career in a new country. However, you can also work and live abroad for less than 12 months at Webhelp.

What countries can I relocate to?

Webhelp offers an extensive International Mobility Program to our employees. However, most of our external jobs that require relocation are open to candidates who wish to move to Spain, Greece, Romania, and Portugal. We keep adding new destinations to our Work Abroad program, so keep an eye on our website.

Do I need a visa to work abroad?

For visa requirements and eligibility conditions, please check with your embassy. If you are an EU citizen, you have the right to freedom of movement and residence in Spain, Greece, Romania, and Portugal. If you are a non-EU citizen and wish to relocate to any of these countries, a visa and work permit may be required.

I have some concerns about moving to a new country I don’t know. What is the experience like?

Preparing to live and work in a new country is an exciting time, but we understand that it might also raise some concerns. As long as you have a plan in place, the journey will go smoothly.
