Position Mission:
Monitor compliance with planning, schedule programming, and real-time use and distribution of tools to achieve resource optimization based on service agreements stipulated in different service channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review call flow in each business line through operational tools.
- Analyze intervals containing information on the current status of collaborators to ensure identification of issues during specific time slots.
- Send global metric reports affecting operations and projections based on previous time slot behaviors.
- Consolidate information related to the statistical study of the account to analyze and identify causes influencing process management.
Requirements:
- University studies in any field, minimum 2nd year.
- English level: B1-B2 Intermediate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, and operational reports.
- Availability of time.
- Availability to work on site, zone 13.
