What you’ll be doing at Webhelp
As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor for HR project, you will:
Handle customer inquiries regarding the application and payrolls
Prepare, maintain and review client files
Communicate with clients via email and contact various social security agencies
Take and enter orders
We’ll be a great match if you:
Have a high level of French (written and oral)
Are comfortable with new technologies
Already had a first experience in human resources
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Are versatile, reactive, and autonomous.
