What you will be doing at Webhelp
As a Portuguese-Speaking Technical Advisor for the World’s Best Search Engine, you will:
Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
Ability to adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, e-commerce reviews) channels.
Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Manage an individual ticket queue
We’ll be a great match if you:
Are native or proficient in Portuguese (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
Keep up with the latest smart home gadgets and tech-related trends
Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
