What you’ll be doing at Webhelp
As an English-Speaking Customer Advisor for a Pet Retail Project, you will:
Assist clients via inbound calls and e-mail by answering customers’ inquiries and/or attending to potential requests.
Become a specialist in our Client’s products and services
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
Listen to the customer's unique situations and acknowledge their needs.
Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
We’ll be a great match if you:
Have a high level of English (written and oral)
Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented
Familiarity with Pet-related stuff is highly valued
Have a positive and can-do attitude
