What you’ll experience at Webhelp

As a Service Desk Systems L2 in our team, you will:

- Manage Incident, Problem and Standard Requests
- Be capable of troubleshooting issues in the most common office applications, on Windows and Apple operating systems, and take care of requests from different projects

We’ll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in Spanish and fluent in English
- Have experience providing support in multimedia, telecommunications or IT infrastructure products/services
- Have good knowledge of OS
- Have Microsoft certifications MCSE/MCSA is desirable
- Have good communication skills
- Have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is a plus
- Are an organized person, capable of managing many tasks, prioritizing and reaching milestones and targeted goals
