We are looking for English-speaking Sales and Support Manager (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary 20 000 euros gross/year + up to 4200 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As a Sales and Support Manager in our team, you will:

- FinancialForce/Salesforce record creation and management based on standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, the following objects: project, credit, staffing, assignment, timecard, milestone, resource, contact, and opportunity
- Monthly operational program reviews for large customers, identified by the business and not capped at a number
- Order form coordination between account teams and Global Business Practice Team including prepping necessary order form data as outlined by the order form template
- Preparing and sending weekly and monthly operational metric reports for account teams based on standardized template provided

We'll be a great match if you:

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of English
- Have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Are extremely detail-oriented while doing repetitive tasks
- Have previous experience with Salesforce
- Have strong Google Sheets/Excel skills
- Have strong data entry and monitoring skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

It would be a plus if you have:

- SQL experience
- Experience working with remote teams in multiple time zones
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner.
