What you’ll experience at Webhelp
As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:
- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice and chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client
- Grow with the team and share achievements together

- Are native or proficient in both Italian and English

It would be a plus if you:
- Have previous experience in Customer Service or a track record in Travel
- Know how to work with helpdesk tools
