Data Analyst
Due to the successful partnership between WEBHELP with one of the leading IT companies in the world we are currently looking for DATA ANALYST – PSO Team in EMEA
Your tasks
- Own the accuracy of reporting data in EMEA; leaning in to clean data wherever needed and proactively improving scripts and process to stop data issues before they happen
- Generate ongoing reporting on the health of the PSO business in EMEA
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on business: query datasets, writing custom queries when required; test data pulled, and generate charts as requested to respond to the business’s needs
- Maintain reporting dashboards; building new functionality as business needs evolve, updating reporting or reporting logic as needed to fairly represent health of business
- Support sales ops in creating reports and dashboards to provide insights to the business
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience scripting in SQL, creating & maintaining tables
- Expert in working with spreadsheets & charts
- Experience creating visualizations that surface business insights; comfortable with dashboarding tools
- Detail-oriented; you take pride in data that is 100% accurate and aren’t satisfied until your data is air-tight
- Written and spoken English at C1 level
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced SQL knowledge; database management experience
- Outstanding collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of and experience with Appscript
- Experience working in G Suite and with GCP data analysis tools
