As a Customer Service Advisor in our remote working team, you'll be an integral part of one of our dynamic campaigns. Your primary responsibility will involve handling customer inquiries via telephone while maintaining a commitment to service excellence at every touchpoint.
What you'll be doing
- Effectively communicate campaign updates to colleagues, customers, and managers
- Continuously develop and stay current with campaign information
- Ensure first contact resolution is achieved consistently
- Take responsibility for information security and promptly report any issues
- Share knowledge and skills with your team members
What you'll need to excel as a Customer Service Advisor
- Previous experience in a retail or contact centre environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- A natural inclination for building rapport with people
