As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will lead and deliver insights that help our clients understand their customers and the effectiveness of their business processes. You will use a variety of analytical techniques to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and long-term value, delivering uplifts in performance through robust test and learn methods.

What you'll be doing in this role
- Delivering innovative and value-adding analysis and insight to clients
- Managing the insight relationship with key clients, including liaison with key account directors and business managers to develop and deliver insights specific to each client's needs
- Delivering analytical outputs to external clients and attend all major client business reviews
- Taking analytical recommendations and implementing them into the operations of the business, working with wider stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive tangible improvements in performance
- Working closely with colleagues in our Business Intelligence team to ensure opportunities are appropriately designed and subsequently tracked through effective monitoring of advisor and customer behaviours
Experience and qualifications
- Degree-level qualification in a numerical discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research)
- Experience in using standard BI and analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, Qlikview to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data
- Understanding of segmentation and predictive modelling techniques, gained in a customer marketing, credit risk or process improvement area
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering analytical projects in a robust yet agile way
- Ability to convert detailed analysis into clear and practical recommendations to clients and senior management
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
- An understanding of the customer management industry.
