What you’ll experience at Webhelp
As a Night Shift Customer Advisor in our team, you will:
- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
- Manage multichannel interactions (e.g., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Develop your digital skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client
- Grow with the team and share achievements together

We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in English
- Have a High School Diploma (WASSCE) or higher

It would be a plus if you:
- Have previous experience in Customer Service
- Know how to work with helpdesk systems
