We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our project, one of the top players in the telecommunications industry.

As this is an entry-level position (no experience needed), you will be trained and constantly guided by your managers and your team. As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:
Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience
Learn how to use software solutions specific for telecommunications industry that improve people’s lives
Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
Grow with the team and share achievements together
We’ll be a great match if you:
Are native or proficient both in German & English
Are available to work from Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00 (1 h break)
Focus on proactivity, self-motivation, and a solution-orientated mindset within a team
Are available to work from our office in Bucharest.
