What you’ll be doing at Webhelp
As a Swedish-Speaking Team Leader for the Mathem project, you will:
Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Customer Advisors.
Closely monitor the SLA’s and KPI’s of the project.
Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.
Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

We’ll be a great match if you:
Have a high level of Swedish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Have at least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)
Have In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI’s)
Have Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel
Have excellent communication and leadership skills
