What you will do in this role
As a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:
- Run remote diagnostics and provide technical support related to servers, blades and various software applications (Windows, Linux, VMWare, etc.) for business customers. The support is multi-channel (phone, e-mail or chat)
- Answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products
- Verify warranty entitlement and determine appropriate action
- Support in any additional task, related to the service

- Have a proficient level of Swedish and advanced level of English Have experience in software support
- Have good knowledge of Windows Operating System
- Are willing to learn and apply new technologies
- Have strong communication skills
