What you will do in this role
As a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:

• Delivering excellent customer and technology services via the Service Desk channels
• Using service monitoring tools to aid the problem solving and service delivery
• Using automation where possible to support the automatic resolution or mitigation of issues
• Supporting, develop and co-ordinate the effective functioning of business applications
• Contributing to the planning of application scalability, configuration changes and releases
• Providing virtual support for staff working remotely
• Interacting with internal teams and 3rd party vendors as appropriate as part of the supply/delivery/support chain
• Handling escalated Service Desk tickets, incident management and service requests as appropriate
• Participating in IT related projects
• Assisting with the creation, distribution and analysis of operational, business and financial reporting

Your qualifications and experience
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you have:

• A matric certificate
• A minimum of 6 months International Technical Support experience (Essential)
• The ability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)
• A minimum of 6 months Service Desk experience (Advantageous)
• Are proficient in English verbal communication
• Computer literacy with the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
• Eeffective problem-solving skills
• Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer care
• A high level of general IT knowledge
• Excellent time management skills
• Clear criminal and credit record
