How we work is simple: Concentrix + Webhelp is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. As our colleague, you will be employed by Concentrix + Webhelp but supporting the clients of AirBnB, a vacation property rental platform.
What you will be expected to do is answer customer inquiries via text or phone in Russian & English and come up with solutions in cooperation with your Team Manager. These can be related to bookings, cancellations, or other lodging-related queries. You'll work in 8 hour long shifts, ranging from 9:00 to 0:00 from Monday to Sunday, giving you a better chance to manage your free time.
We think we'll be a great match if you're fluent in Russian and English, and have previous experience in call center environment!
