I love that I can help other people evolve, facilitate their learning, and support their growth. Being part of the Talent Management team, which has the same passion, challenges me to have a vision for my objectives and keeps me accountable.
Webhelp has given me the chance to grow up and meet wonderful people. I started as an agent chat supporting the customers of our clients. Now I’m the supervisor on another project, and I’m very excited. At Webhelp, I have become a better person, more empathetic, and more open to challenges. I have gained more self-confidence, and I am grateful to be part of this fabulous team.
Here, at Webhelp, I discovered myself. I got hired back in 2017, and all these years I have witnessed how a company grows and how people make it possible. What does Webhelp mean? The naming itself might not mean that much, but the people here, on the other hand, have made everything excellent which made me feel at ease! I like my step-by-step evolution, and, of course, I enhance my salesman abilities. I appreciate the people I've met, especially the ones supporting me when needed.
My journey in Webhelp started in 2020, and I can say that, from the very beginning, I felt that I was part of a united team, well organized and attentive. I always had the support I needed, and I always felt listened to, encouraged, and appreciated. I am happy to be part of a special organizational culture.
Now, after 3 years at Webhelp, I can say this workplace is more than a job for me. It's the place where I can find myself, where skills I had no idea I possess have been highlighted, and where I feel relaxed having been given the opportunity to work in a quiet, stress-free environment. The working collective from the project I work for is the best from every angle you look at it, and last, but not least, the person whom I mostly interact with - that is, my Team Leader - is a top-notch person who's doing the utmost so that everything turns out great.
Webhelp is my second home. I practically grew up here, both professionally and personally. It's my first job, and thanks to all the experiences that I had, the guidance, and the trust received, I felt that this is my path. It started as a student job and I anticipated to stay no more than 3 months in the company. Then I discovered that I could get a promotion without "knowing someone, and without my mother or father." During the 12 years, I became part of the Webhelp community and I also contributed to enlarge it as well. I have spent the most beautiful moments of my life here, I have evolved personally and professionally, and there is still room to grow.
